Put oil in deep dish, when oil gets hot add chopped onion

Boil 4 cups of water and add the rice noodles, let them cook for 10 minutes and then drain the water out.
When chicken is fully cooked add a cup of water.
After adding water add the bok Choy
Mix the bok Choy with the chicken

Add the rice noodles
