How to make delicious granola bars

Run the cherries in the food processor for 15-20 seconds

In a small pot heat the honey and almond butter on low heat until soft

Mix the toasted oats (toast them in a skillet on the stove top or on a baking sheet in the oven), peanuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and cherries (you might need to use your hands:-)

Pour the melted honey and almond butter over the dry ingredients and mix

Put a piece of plastic foil in a baking pan, spread the granola mix in it evenly and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes

Cut them to desired size and keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Oh, did I mention it costs a fraction of the store bought granola bars?
